Croxley Green Parish Council is taking part in The Great British Spring Clean, and we need your help to keep our beautiful green spaces litter-free! Join one of our organised community litter picks or gather your own group – we have all the equipment you need!

Organised Community Litter Picks:

📅 Saturday, 14th March ⏰ 12PM – 3PM
📍 Meet at: Mill Lane side of Weston Wood, WD3 3AT
🌍 We’ll be tidying up Weston Wood, the canal, and Croxley Common Moor.

📅 Wednesday, 18th March ⏰ 12PM – 5PM
📍 Meet at: Parish Council Offices
🌍 We’ll be cleaning up our public footpaths and boundary.

 All equipment will be provided—just dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy shoes!

Join us in celebrating Neurodiversity Week with a Silent Disco designed to bring people of all abilities together for a fun, inclusive, and sensory-friendly experience. This event is open to everyone—not just those who are neurodiverse—so bring your friends, family, and loved ones for a day of music, connection, and joy.

Tickets subject to a £2 donation which will go directly to MISSION EMPLOYABLE to help them carry out their amazing work within the community. For more information on SPACE and what they do visit – Mission EmployAble – Fulfilling lives for people with learning disabilities

Croxley Green Easter Egg Trail

Bring the whole family together for an egg-citing Easter adventure around Croxley Green! Pick up your trail map, explore your surroundings, and follow the clues as you hop your way around the village — with a tasty reward waiting at the end!

The Easter Egg Trail is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so pre-registration is strongly recommended to ensure a chocolate prize is reserved for you. Once all reserved tickets have been allocated, everyone is still welcome to take part in the trail, but prizes cannot be guaranteed — so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Trail maps can be collected from the Croxley Green Parish Council Offices from the morning of Wednesday 1st April until Wednesday 8th April. For those who prefer, a digital version of the trail map will also be available to download a week prior to the event.

A perfect way to celebrate Easter, enjoy the outdoors, and have some family fun — we look forward to seeing you there!

Croxley’s Big Green Fair Returns – Get Involved!

Croxley’s Big Green Fair is returning in 2026 and we are inviting local businesses, community groups, charities and environmentally-minded organisations to be part of this inspiring community event.

The fair will take place on Saturday 6 June, 12:30pm – 4:00pm at the Croxley Green Parish Council Offices and Community Hall, Community Way, WD3 3SU, with activities both indoors and outside.

Following the success of previous years, the event will once again bring together a wide range of exhibitors celebrating sustainability and positive environmental action – from eco-friendly products and ethical food to organisations helping people live greener lives.

Showcase Your Green Ideas

We are now inviting stallholders, exhibitors and workshop hosts who would like to share their sustainable products, services or initiatives with the community.

Whether you are:

• A local business offering eco-friendly products

• A community group supporting wildlife or environmental projects

• An artisan creating upcycled or sustainable goods

• A charity or organisation promoting greener living

• Someone able to run a hands-on interactive workshop or demonstration

…the Big Green Fair is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, raise awareness and inspire positive change.

What to Expect

Visitors to the fair can expect a lively, family-friendly event celebrating sustainability, including:

• A marketplace of green businesses and ethical products

• Stalls from community organisations and environmental groups

• Hands-on interactive workshops and demonstrations

• Practical ideas and inspiration for living more sustainably

• Opportunities to learn new skills and get involved locally

The aim of the fair is to bring people together, celebrate local environmental initiatives and encourage simple actions that can make a real difference.
